To make 10th Anniversary of Miss South Sudan Australia event fun and enjoyable as possible, we have created the following terms and conditions for all our fans and guests.

Terms and conditions of event
1. Attire and Conduct: We ask that the Attire and Conduct of fans or guests be in keeping with dignified atmosphere. 
MSSA reserves the right to deny admission to any fan or guest whose behavior is deemed improper or whose conduct affects the safety or comfort of others.
2. Lost or Stolen Articles: Please keep your valuable belongings with you at all times. MSSA will not be held responsible for any articles lost or stolen.
3. Food and Beverages: Food will be available for purchase at the venue and soft drink is available. Food from outside sources may not be brought into the event.  Alcohol will be available for purchase at bar prices for those strictly over the age of 18. Please note there is a maximum of two drinks per person and identification will be required for those wishing to purchase alcohol.
4. Fighting: Fighting will NOT be tolerated. Physical or verbal. Anyone who has concerns for their safety or is in danger should call Triple Zero (000) immediately or advise a member of security.
5. Re-entry: No pass outs are available. Due to security reasons re-entry during the day and night of the event is not possible. If you leave the event you can NOT re-enter.
6. Authenticity and validity of tickets: Entry to MSSA may be refused if the authenticity or validity of a ticket is questionable, including because the ticket unique barcode has been damaged or defaced in any way, or has not been purchased from MSSA or a verified source.(a) All tickets will be scanned at the entry gate for each event. (b) You may be required to submit to a search of your person and/or possessions before entering the event. (c) You may not be permitted to take into the event, or use, cameras or other photographic or recording equipment unless authorized by the event organizers.
7. Refunds, exchanges and replacements: The enter ticket is neither refundable nor exchangeable or replacement(a) In case of loss or theft of your MSSA ticket, this will not be refunded or replaced.(b) Ticket will only be refunded or replaced if the event is cancelled.
8. Intoxication: The security & Staff has the rights to refuse entry to a person intoxicated or carrying alcohol. With the rights not to refund your ticket.
9. Getting to and from the venue: There is very limited street parking at the venue and we encourage attendees to use other means of transport. 
Take the #57 tram from Elizabeth St to stop 23 (Stubbs St). The Melbourne Pavilion is directly across Racecourse Rd.
Take the Upfield line from Melbourne CBD to the Flemington Bridge Station – The Melbourne Pavilion is a 1 minute walk from the station travelling northbound (away from the city) on Racecourse Rd.
